Stephenson’s Rental Services Sharpens Up Head Office

Selected to restore the head office location, our construction teams worked to ensure the head office was refreshed, rejuvenated, and modernized. 

The engagement required an initial demolition of the existing layout and involved work to ensure the location could support the structural work required for the tenant improvements. The work on the exterior of the building provided new asphalt for a heavy equipment parking pad. A new entrance door was installed and exterior painting completed the finishing.

The interior design and build out for the tenant improvements was inclusive of new stairs and rails for the mezzanine. A new layout was implemented for the overall office space which included mechanical work bays. A private area and space for staff was created which included a redesigning and building out a new kitchenette and renovated washrooms.

The finishing work was inclusive of painting the new office spaces and custom millwork for new trim and doors. Interior design finishes providing blinds and lighting. A vinyl composition tile flooring was installed throughout the office space for a durable and stylish floor finish.
